2011 Subaru Outback

Great article and read about: 2011 Subaru Outback

Q: I hear the 2011 subaru outback debuts in July. Would I get a better deal on a 2010 outback in July ?
or would i need to wait until October?

A: when the 2011 cars are in the showroom

Q: which one would be best for my family: Audi A3, Subaru Legacy, Subaru Outback, or 2011 Kia Sorento?
2010 for all of those vehicles, except the 2011 kia sorento…..I need AWD or 4WD, and all of those vehicles have that. I am a single mom with 3 children, ages, 10, 13, and 15. I chose those 4 vehicles because they offer great MPG…..what do you think?

A: My top pick is the Kia Soreno, due to cheaper insurance compared to the Audi and Subaru. Kia has an excellent warranty available. Second pick would be the Subaru Legacy, it’s built extremely well. I’ve own a 2004 Hyundai Sonata with over 200K clocked on it and still running strong, and I also own a 2007 Subaru WRX STI, and it’s built great. Get in touch with your insurance company and get some quotes.

Good luck

Q: Should I get the 2010/2011 Outback?
I was looking at it and liked it. I was wondering if anyone else knows of any other cars like it. If you own one or have owned a Subaru and how u like it. Even if you know any problems with it.

A: SSSubaru is a great ride with good looks — I love mmmay Oback — the 2010 will save you money and you can deal on the price (( get firm or pit one dealer against another dealer)) .. G luck … OH ! problems with the Oback are very few … it’s a better car than most think it to be….

Q: did subaru stop selling turbo on the new outbacks? if yes, is that because you can’t do turbo with CVT?
i can’t find a turbo option on any of the new 2010 or 2011 outbacks. i have a 2006 with turbo (XT) and love it. was considering an upgrade, but i don’t know that i want to give up turbo. i saw recently that the 2010 has CVT (continuous variable transmission) – is this related to the missing turbo?

A: I believe since the new H6 motor makes similar power and torque, they are using that for the Outback and only offering the turbo on the regular Legacy.

Q: for 2010 mustang owners only!!!! 2010 Mustang as my primary vehicle in PA? What do you think about it in snow?
I am Planning to buy a V6 premium 2010 mustang. As you might already know it already has Traction control, and if i buy it, i am planning to install some Bridgestone Blizzack winter tires (the best i’ve heard of). If i am not getting the mustang, then i’ll be looking at a base model Subaru impreza (definielty not the WRX or STI), impreza outback, legacy, or Kia Forte. So please give me your feedback. BTW, i know that the mustang is coming out with new engines for 2011, but i am not waiting.

A: An Impreza would be the best in the snow hand’s down.
The Kia Forte would probably be second.
The Mustang is going to be the worst, being rear wheel drive.. but being a V6 it’s not really any more powerful than an average car, so with a good set of snow tire’s and maybe a bit of weight in the back you should be fine.
