Q: Has Anyone seen the Spy Pictures of the 2010 Ford Taurus?
Not that anyone cares, but I have been hearing some people talk about seening spy pictures of the 2010 Taurus. They say it looks very sleek and has a nice design, and looks nothing like the 2008 Taurus that just came out resembling a newer looking 500. Does anyone know what sites to go on. Please let me know, and please don`t go into that Ford sucks, etc. just let me know if there are any sites that i can go on.

I wouldn’t know if that’s what your really looking for since I don’t keep up with the latest body styles.
Personally most cars look generic and like every other car to me these days. About the only way to set yourself apart is to be a tuner or drive a rust bucket.

on every Taurus sens 1986 their has been a little window on the back i wonder if ford will keep up the tradition on the 2010 ford taurus?
A: The Taurus will go in for a major update early next year and adapt many of the new features from the recently launched Lincoln MKS. The car will get a much sleeker look but will still be based on the current model’s D3 platform
The third quarter window is on the new 2009 Lincoln and can also be seen on the 2010 Fusion. This appears to be a common theme to allow the rear window to roll down farther. I do not see a reason this will not be on the new Taurus. Personally, I can’t wait to see it.

A: if you want look at the hertz websites they should start selling them by the end of the year and the ford dealer will have some of them to also get on yahoo autos might see some in the next month or so with several thousand miles on them

A: I think that the 2010 is the best looking Taurus ever! Personally, I’m not a huge Ford fan but their new line-up looks great and they have made adjustments in their problem areas; electrical, power steering and transmission. Hands down I would have to take the SHO O O yeah! I have yet to drive one, but by their stance and wheels I would say that it handles fairly well in the snow, but the only way to know for sure is to go test drive one.

With the Crown Vic/Interceptor getting on in age and Dodge and Chevy offering police packages on their flagship sedans, will Ford offer a Taurus Police Package?
A: I don’ think so but SHO will be available.

I don’t want the SHO all I need is a business car so nothing really fancy.
A: The Taurus is an excellent car, i can’t recommend it enough. Regardless of trim level you get a lot of equipment. It was considered to be Motor Trend’s 2010 Car of the year, but they chose the Fusion instead, which is another great car. But the Taurus right now is the best it has ever been before. It has the same engine and transmission as the Limited and SEL models so it is a smooth and quiet engine.

I have a 2000 V6 Ford Mustang and the engine doesn’t do it for me…i want more out of it, I have the option to buy a 2010 Ford Taurus Sho engine but i want to know if it will fit or even work with a rear wheel drive car??
A: it will work but will cost you an arm and leg to do the swap…don’t do it

Just out of curiosity. I would buy the Ford.
A: They aren’t really comparable, but I’d 100% buy the Taurus.
1 – its a far superior car, design wise (although that is subjective)
2 – Taurus has the SHO variant which is still cheaper than the Volt will be
3 – SHO 0-60 rivals $80K Audis and Mercedes
4 – Volt is vaporware up to this point, SHOs are rolling off the line in IL
5 – Which one took your tax money? Why would you reward GM for doing so?

to me chevy impala got a boaring look inside look not style enough ford taurus to me it a ugly car and the inside not that good I dont see what the hype over those car I take the chevy malibu then those car
A: I think the Taurus is the superior car. More power, better mileage, more modern styling inside and out, and better suspension, 6 speed transmissions, and AWD is available. The Impala has been largely the same since 2000, it’s outdated in many ways.

I read that it has brake support, but it just says the brakes are precharged. Does this mean that the car will brake, if you don’t?
